Haward Technology is the largest accredited technical training company in the world with curricula of over 6,352 short courses and more than 1,500 employees worldwide.

Our mission to provide highly specialized technical training for Oil, Gas, Process, Power and Petrochemical industries bridges some of the gap in the engineering knowledge between the West and Middle Eastern countries. Our courses, seminars and workshops feature a balanced fusion of theory, practical application and industry best practice.

We bring together the world's most brilliant engineers and highly experienced specialists, employing over 600 instructors and organizing over 6,352 training courses in various engineering disciplines.

Our Aims

Our Objectives

In order to effectively meet the aims/goals of Haward Technology, the following objectives have been drawn:

  • Develop world-class/internationally accredited training programs that will provide confidence and higher qualification to our delegates
  • Maintain and improve a quality management system that will assure that procedures within the company are reviewed, implemented, evaluated, controlled and improved on a continuous basis
  • Develop application-based courses that encourage delegates to provide inputs during the discussions by bringing in their own experiences, expectations, learning needs and site-based problems
  • Collaborate with professional associations, industry experts and providers of knowledge and technology ensuring that the lessons taught in various courses are up-to-date and promote modern best practices
  • Carryout training programs featuring the latest technology (i.e. simulators, systems, references, programs, etc)
  • Evaluate delegates’ performance during and after the course through assessments, with ample feedback given to their employers
  • Assess the ongoing quality of the courses for every training program delivered and maintain continued service improvement implementation procedures
