The ANSI/IACET CEU is a proof of the attendance or participation of a delegate to an internationally accredited program that was developed based on strict quality standards for professional development. Employers are given the assurance that the programs attended by their employee are of high standards, brought about by the stringent procedures implemented on the design, development, delivery, monitoring and control of the training program. The ANSI/IACET CEU is accepted worldwide. The employee's achievement of the learning objectives is also measured not only by his attendance but also through assessment such as tests and application - based activity during the program. HR Departments will also have an easier way to track the records of training of an employee through the CEU records.
